Hi, I’m Ricardo Marques, and I’m passionate about helping teams grow and perform at their best.
Over the past decade I’ve worked in roles spanning System Administration, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Tech Leadership, and Platform Engineering. I specialize in scaling infrastructure platforms and building high-performing engineering organizations, helping teams deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
I focus on enabling teams to succeed by fostering best practices and creating tools that support the development of reliable, scalable platforms.
Outside of work, I’m driven by a variety of passions that keep me inspired and active. I enjoy photography, traveling to new places, immersing myself in electronic music, and working on fitness goals in the gym. Snowboarding is one of my favorite activities when the season comes around, adding an extra thrill to my year. 🏂
