I’m Ricardo Marques and I help people through automation.

For the better part of a decade I’ve been in System Operations roles, starting from a small p2p server provisioning business, moving to System Administrator at the IT department of the university. I then worked for startups of all shapes and sizes while at Talkdesk, Peak Games, Engage Tech and work currently Beyond Pricing.

I enable my peers through automation, training and collaboration, helping the companies I work for scale their cloud infrastructure and tech architecture.

I love travelling and am passionate about photography and trance music.
